Dear writers and readers in The Soap Box community,

Over the last seven years, The Soap Box Press was driven by a goal to create an accessible platform that publishes the work of emerging and established writers. With the help of our small but mighty publishing team and our dedicated authors, we have established a community for writers and artists where the creative process is supported and nurtured. With that said, we've made the difficult decision to no longer publish new titles at The Soap Box Press.

We are so proud of all the work and good we have accomplished in the micro-press space since 2016. Our small but mighty team has grown professionally and personally, and we are confident that the world of small press is being left in great hands.

We'd like to extend a special thank you to you, our creative and supportive community. We are incredibly grateful for every event you’ve attended, each book you’ve purchased, and each time we came together to celebrate our accomplishments.

Although we will no longer be publishing new books, our website and storefront will remain online to sell back listed stock. Please consider supporting your favourite writers and artists by purchasing their work before our official closing.
